Eat, Love, Poop

What a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend so far! Happy to be spending time with my mister and see family. We went to a German restaurant with my parents on Thanksgiving Day and then today we went to his parents for leftovers.

I brought over my Tofurky. It came out tasty! There is stuffing in the middle of the loaf. I baked it with carrots, onion, potatoes, garlic, rosemary and thyme. I basted it with olive oil and Goddess dressing from Trader Joe's. It sliced up nicely and went perfectly with all the delicious sides and mushroom gravy. Then we slouched in our chairs, with maybe a button unbuttoned or two and looked and old photos of my mister and his parents. I took photos of some of them with my cell phone.
