Hello Kitty says, "Christmas is over now! Put me away in a box." We actually have one more family get-together next weekend and then it will be officially over. I am really proud of how the mister and I chose to celebrate the holidays this year. We didn't focus on expensive gifts or feeling obligated or pressured. I don't mind our low-key attitudes and couldn't be happier with what we have in each other and the time we got to spend with family. (Mushy alert!) If you are feeling bad about your Christmas gifts, read about these poor saps (NSFW).

I love drawing people! So that is what I decided to focus on right now. I used to draw people from magazines, myself and anyone that would let me. I wanted to be a street artist at one point but now I can be a virtual one. These are some of my favorite bloggers that inspire me. They are all beautiful and lovely ladies too.

Well, you know Christmas happened! We had a very laid back time with handmade gifts for family. The mister and I like to fill our stockings for each other from the grocery store. It is fun to find things within the dollar limit that are totally random and cute. Since we treat ourselves throughout the year we don't buy each other big gifts but rather bake treats, watch movies and enjoy hanging out. We made dinner last night with Field Roast, Tofurkey gravy, baked acorn squash and a yummy baked brie that my friend brought over.

I am working on a new endeavor that I hope to share with you soon! I have been starting to feel a little overwhelmed with running an Etsy, doing blog makeovers and other commissions. I am just not one of those people that likes to be super busy and working all the time so I want to narrow it down to something that I can handle and keep up with for a while. So I probably won't be doing blog designs or selling prints anymore. There are certainly times that I wish I could be a full-time creative and artist but for now I have to manage things in a way that will make me happy. Hopefully, I am not crying wolf right now! Stay tuned...
