Hi! My name is Yadira and I am a crafter from Puerto Rico sweating my face off in winter. My main passions are sewing, embroidery and crochet. I l<3ve vintage and if I find an awesome deal it doesn't matter the size or usefulness of the item I'll probably get it. I also love thrifting and I still have stuff from ages ago that I need to show on my blog. That's the awesome thing about thrifting and vintage, they don't get old ;). Every Monday I blog about a different fabric that inspires me in Fabric Crush Monday and the rest of the week is sprinkled with a little bit of everything. I write about crafts, photography, thrifty finds, inspiration, food, and daily life. My blog is the outlet for all my creative adventures.
What you win
This is a lovely handmade clutch inspired by the beauty of the forest. The fabrics used are some of my favorites and 100% cotton. The outside combines Joel Dewberry's Woodgrain with Alexander Henry's Toadstool. Inside, red polka dots by Robert Kaufman offer an unexpected splash of color. The front flap is shaped like a leave to complete the forest theme. This clutch measures 8"x 4" when closed and 8" x 6.5" when opened.

I think she should name her kitty.... Leon Piddleton Jones, it's a name that demands respect, but yet also says "I'm your friend"

Oooh, I love this clutch! It's so unique and whimsical! I think she should name her kitty Eggs! I like food names for animals, for some bizarre reason. :)

Oh goodness...a name for the sweet new kitten! It took me a week to figure out what my newest addition would be named :) Maybe Zelda...only because Yadira mentions a "legend" of the calico and that immediately made me think of Zelda.
