The excitement of new glasses never gets old. I am three pairs in since my last eye exam and I have a feeling I will probably get a few more. This must be what it feels like for people that are really into shoes. Especially when you can find them for free!

I haven't had a proper pair of cateyes since high school. I really love the way they look. They are my fancy glasses! You might also notice that I am standing in front of some newly hung artwork. All of it is thrifted except from Mr. Beaumont from Citybirds Nest and the beaver from my Daily Animal Doodles. I had myself a picture hanging party on Friday night. It was pretty funny because I couldn't find the normal hammer and had to use the teeny flowery one that my grandma gave me!

I always see the faux glasses at Buffalo Exchange, not sure if you have any in your area. And of course Hot Topic and the cheap mall accessorie stores will carry them too.

That artwork wall is so excellent! I can't wait until I am allowed to hang things with more than Blu-tac because at the moment I can only display artwork that has no weight (and no that's not an analogy!).

So there I was, innocently scrolling down through all the cute photos when all of a sudden there was a FACE with these freakin' YELLOW EYES staring at me, and well, I got a fright. Seriously, I totally jumped in my chair and everything. Is it possible to be owl-rolled? Gee, maybe I do need to get more...lol

I have searched for YEARS for catseye glasses as a long-time glasses wearer and frame hater! I just went to the Coastal sight and couldn't find them though! :(
I would be eternally grateful if you would let me know what brand they are or what the frame style is called so I can contact Coastal for any information on more stock! We honestly don't get ANY cute frames like that here in Australia and I have to scour the internet for any leads on cute stuff that you guys get in the states. Soooo not fair! lol
Even if you're not willing to divulge this precious information, I have to say a big THANK YOU for being so awesome.
