These are the biggest glasses I have ever had! The mister and I joke how our glasses keep getting larger. Pretty soon we are going to be walking around in clown glasses.

I love getting new glasses, talking about glasses and looking at photos of glasses. This must be what it's like for people with a shoe obsession. Pretty soon, I will need a closet for all my glasses.

P.S. Thanks for all the thoughtful comments on my post on Saturday! I can't believe the outpour of love and appreciation for what I do on here. I felt like writing a rant just to get it off my double D chest and I was not expecting much of a reaction. Well, I feel super special now! I never apologize for what I do or feel that I need to change who I am but everybody has moments of frustration and self-reflection. It comes along with any belief system. My faith in fat acceptance has to be shaken every once in a while! Even the best feminist with most positive body image has to work though negative thoughts.

Ever since going to the big glasses side of life I've been hooked. Your new ones are really great! I also want to mention how much I LOVE your cardigan. I want to crawl inside of it and make it my home! It looks so comfortable and like one of those pieces you could wear with anything.

i so glad there was so much feedback from your post and i hope you are feeling better. i know i am. as i was explaining to someone that surfing made it all go away, like all my stupid insecurities about my blog didn't matter any more. it was just me and the waves and having a good time which is all that matters!

So how many different emails have you created to get the "freebies" LOL. I will cop to using my husbands email to get a second pair of freebies. I may continue the obsession. When I'm having a "fat" day where I feel all "meh" then I buy glasses, perfume, or purses. They don't make you feel worse when trying them on!
Buying glasses from online is killing the independent glasses stores! You want cute innovative styles, but you don't want to support the companies making that happen. You are supporting the companies that copy them.
I agree with you. But it is the same reason I shop at Target and don't always buy organic - I can't quite afford to shop local and handmade all the time. I don't know if it makes a difference but the glasses I get from them are free because of their offers or because I have referral credit from other people that got free glasses through links on my blog. So I am not giving them tons of money :)
Nobody does that! ;) I have actually legitimately earned referral credit. Glasses are much easier to shop for than pants! I know how you feel :)

If you get a free pair from Coastal, you can use your referral link to earn credit. That's what I did! If your friends and family get free glasses too then you can save up credits for another pair. I definitely don't have an unlimited budget either!

They are quite useful too! I can see better with more lens. I got that sweater at Goodwill but it is Target and supposedly 1 size too small but I like my sweaters snug.
I used to wear the same pair of glasses for 2 years and sort of settled on what was available at the eye doctor. But now I have been opened up to a whole new world!
Thank you! Well, I have had it for 2 weeks but it is holding up pretty well accept a little around my temples. I used Splat hair dye from the pharmacy and left the color on for 2 hours. I shampoo and condition with John Frieda Radiant Red (it is tinted). And the first week, I washed my hair every other day but I couldn't handle that anymore and wash it every day now.
