Happy July! It's starting to feel like summer! In a couple weeks, I will be taking my new bikini to Chunky Dunk and I can't wait. I plan to share my fatkini experience as well as some of my writing progress this month. Other than that, I am sure there will be lots of thrifting posts, outfits and a few more portraits that I am finishing up. I really don't plan much when it comes to blogging so who knows what else I will be up to this month! I could be learning how to make macrame owls for all I know. That's how I roll on here.

I like this outfit because the cardigan matches my hair color. I am noticing that I tend to do that now! I keep buying clothes that match my hair. I am thinking about redying it soon and adding another color. But it's still so bright from when I did it 2 1/2 months ago! I have roots but they are growing on me.

Your haircolour is just amazing and your outfit is so cute, especially the cat necklace. I am really looking forward to your fatkini and chunky dunk posts, I like to think I'm pretty body positive but I still can't pluck up the courage to wear a bikini.
I love the polka dot mixed with a floral cardigan! Oh and lets not forget that awesome cat necklace. Your hair color looks awesome even if your roots are showing it looks like it was purposely done that way. I want to do something color wise to my hair but have no idea what. If I had it my way it'd be bright but I can't due to work :(

I do the same thing and consider my hair when I buy clothes... the only difference is I love to buy clashing colors:) Mostly bright red and teal. I love it the most. xoxox
Your hair looks great, the roots just add to it. Like a punk-rock kind of feel. I really like it. Wish my dyed hair lasted even a week. Lucky lady!
i love this outfit! florals and polka dots are my faveeee! seeing how awesome you look in all these jeggings has given me the confidence to rock them come fall! thanks for being so damn cool ;).
I have this cardigan too! But I really want your necklace. Love it!
I have never heard of chunky dunk, very inspirational idea!
I often match my clothes to my hair colour too! Your hair is amazing! That necklace is adorable!
such a cute outfit! i'm kind of obsessing over your hair too. i've been keeping mine longer than i usually do, and now i'm itching to just chop it all off.
oooooh that necklace! so cute!
I love matching my hair to my clothes too, it's just fun!
That cat necklace is amazing! I also really like your roots with the bright colour, it gives it a bit of depth. Lovely stuff. x
Love those polka dots on you! You look beautiful, as usual! And I like that you paired the dots with the floral cardigan. You just gave me a bunch of new ideas!! As always, you inspire me!

I am super envious of that necklace! Too cute!
I love, love, love the style of your hair in these photos! Also, you must have magical hair dye holding powers. I can't believe that you haven't dyed it for 2.5 months!
I totally do the same thing. New hair colours call for matching clothes.
looking fabulous as always! I especially love the cardigan. I love cardigans. :) your hair looks great, roots and all :) I have some major roots too but they never bother me, only the people I work with ahah Happy 4th sweet cheeks!!!
Lovin' the polka dots!
I love your style! And your hair. And your blog! *_*
Aw thanks hon!
Me too!
Roots are in right? If I let it go long enough it will looked ombre or dipped.
Thank you! I think I must too. It was feeling like a pretty long time so I checked when I did it and couldn't believe it! I do all the wrong things too. I wash it with hot water everyday, use lots of hairspray, blow dryer and flat iron. It should be like light orange or pink by now! Maybe it's because I started with "virgin" hair. I don't know but I don't mind because then I can be lazy!
Thank you! Mixing patterns is always fun <3
I agree! I like to see how it changes and how long I can get it to last. It reminds me of Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or something.
I know! I am sort of wishing that I bought something else from her when we were at Crafty Wonderland.
Do iiiiitttt! (I am an enabler)
I bet! The blue I can see in your profile looks so pretty! I am thinking about adding blue or purple to mine.
It is! They are trying to get other cities to pick it up too. But it always sells out here and is such a blast.
Target! I was totally attracted to the colors. I love that necklace too! She hasn't updated her Etsy for a while but I hope she does because I want more :)
Yay! That makes me happy! I don't remember life before jeggings.
Awesome! I want to be a little punk rock :) I really can't figure out why the dye lasts so long! It was super cheap dye from the drugstore too. It just works.
I like to do that too. Like blue and purple look good with the red. It was weird at first having bright hair but now I can't imagine it any other way and it just makes my clothes stand out even more!
Thank you! I don't have too many things with polka dots but I like them too.
Our rules are sort of wishy washy at work so I am not sure how much I can get away with haha. But no problems yet! I think if I wait long enough my hair will looked dipped! I figure if I am still happy with it I will let it be anyways.
Thank you! I hope you guys are feeling better and got to enjoy the festivities.
This outfit is super cute! I love your top, love your cardi, love your hair. Way to go fabulous!
