1. The most amazing chocolate chip bread pudding made from scones at Old Wive's Tales. I highly recommend that place for brunch, especially if you are vegetarian. It has been our go-to place for years.
2. Found my dream vintage dress at Fat Fancy! It's like a magical place where dresses in my size exist and wait for me.
3. Braving the Goodwill bins. We have been thrifting like champs this week.
4. This looks like the beginning of a new collection of old photos of fabulous fatties.
5. Sweet little hummingbird embroidery to add to my framed art wall.
6. Frozen yogurt that is actually more toppings than yogurt! I just ordered mochi online so I can make my own froyo at home.
7. I had the 4th off work and slept in and made some eggs.
8. Sandy joined me for breakfast.
9. Then I went to get waxed for the first time! Girls gotta get ready for her fatkini.
10. I had a slice of pizza and Italian soda to ease my pain afterwards.
11. I really love teasing my hair. Sometimes it looks a litte out of control!
12. Breaktime at work. You can get that wallpaper here. I love San-X characters. Especially Kutusushita Nyanko and her friends, because they look just like our three kitties.
13. Wearing those shorts out. Hello hot weather!
14. Made smores in the oven. How? Put marshmallows on a buttered cookie sheet on low broil. Watch closely for them to brown, flip them over and let the other side brown too. Use tongs.
15. Thrifted a beautiful handwoven Anter bag. They are from Isreal and can be as expensive as $90! Also got a little makeup bag from Ecuador.
16. Friday! Happy Weekend!

you look so awesome in that vintage dress.
ooooh that vintage dress is fabulous! I love it.
The bread pudding looks so good! I have to admit, I am a bread pudding addict. My mother made a lasagna pan full of it once, and I may have eaten the whole thing....
i'm in love with that embroidered hummingbird— what a find!
I used to live in Oregon - but now live in Chicago. I miss it terribly - and still crave the oatmeal cake from Old Wives' tales!
That vintage dress is beyond perfect!
I love the Goodwill Clearance Centers. We have one about an hour and a half from us. Also, I love your tastes in clothes and would happily love any of your hand me downs.

Love that vintage dress on you! The bins! Gah! lol You are a champ. We have like 4 of them in Indy but any time I go I am so drained. I need a thrifting partner. The smores look amazing, too, ps!
I am STUNNED and absolutely SHOCKED at your by the pound sale of things at the goodwill. WTF Out here in grand old Cleveland some of our goodwill's actually have designer clothing sections. I swear we (us C-towners) are so detached from the rest of the world sometimes lol!
We have those too! I really hate them because nothing is organized by size. But the by the pound or bin goodwills is listed as a Goodwill Outlet if you are searching for one close to you.
My strategy is to stand behind a "digger" and keep my eye out for things then I don't have to get too dirty. You could spend all day in there! I found a good condition motion lamp cover once that worth at least $100 so you never know!
Thanks sweety!
I send you virtual Hungarian Mushroom Omelets!
Sounds entirely possible! I know I would! Especially if it was warm with vanilla ice cream on top...
Thanks! I can't wait to wear it! I love it so much.
Thanks! I feel like I am in a Wes Andeson movie in it :)
