10 years ago we got married! The mister has been in almost half my life and means the world to me. It was 13 years ago that we saw each other in the halls of high school and started a conversation at a concert. I thought he was super shy and sweet and began to find out that he was a nerd like me. We were just kids but now I can't imagine my life without him. We are a couple, best friends and plan on growing old and senile together. He is the peach to my cobbler and I am the Spock to his starship.
We hit the town on Friday night and ate Lebanese food and saw ParaNorman. I've never felt fancier in my little hat, finger waves and new-to-me dress. The hat has been in my closet for a few years and this was the first time wearing it. The mister took my advice and wore his thrifted uniform shirt. I guess it is designed for police but I like how we ended up looking like a post-war couple from the 40's. We rushed to take these photos at the park before it got dark but I am so glad we did!

It was a lovely evening and a perfect way to celebrate!
P.S. Can you see the glitter on my eyelids? Glitter makes me feel fancy too.
