Just channeling my inner Dolly Parton with this outfit. Pretty tame in comparison but I was feeling it with my boots and poofy hair. I don't wear the boots too often because they are a little slippery and I have biffed it in the rainy weather. And that shit is embarrassing and painful. I am definitely a flats kind of girl most of the time! Oh and the haircolor I used is Loreal Feria #R68. Of course it went over my previously bleached and purple hair so it might look different if you try it. But I like it! Usually, when I dye my hair red, I go for a more orangey strawberry blonde color but I like this darker more chocolately tone better! I also get asked a lot about the lipstick I use so this coral color is Covergirl Lip Perfection Flame 300. The red I wear is Covergirl Lip Perfection Hot 305 and the light pink I wear is Covergirl Lip Perfection Enchantress 365. Now you know all my secrets!

So Cute!
I hate slippery boots! I've worn some of mine that are slick trying to be cute and bit the dust as well!
You are beautiful, I love everything about you, I think I have a crush on you!!!!
Looks lovely! And I really love your current hair color as well<3

Hi Rachele! Those boots be rockin! I think I have a similar pair but they are tucked away waiting for winter over here. I got some sand-paper looking things from the store to put on the bottom of them but it still didn't stop me stacking it. I'm sure it was graceful!
Really enjoying your blog so far, especially your honesty and candidness...too many people hide behind what they think society wants to see and then they just blend into the background. B-o-r-ing! You've got sass and style and I'm looking forward to reading more! I'm new to the blogging world (sophboat.blogspot.com.au) so pop by anytime :)
I'm very jelly of the hair colour! You wear leggings so well, can't believe they're from Walmart.

Oh I love the hair color so much! Also your outfit looks too adorable and comfortable than is allowed. Mostly because now I just want the sam thing and wear it every day, although maybe sans the slippery boots since I'm too clumsy to function most days.
I love this outfit, but more importantly, the hair color is so beautiful! I used to dye my hair red for yearsssss but I never went that shade; it looks beautiful on you!

Do Torrid boots work well with large calves? Every female in my family is cursed with MASSIVE calves and teeny ankles, so it's impossible to find boots that work.
I LOVE those Torrid boots :) They're gorgeous! And you look positively gorgeous ^_^ xx

Biffed it? Awesome, I've never heard that term before *yoinks*. I love the boots and top. You can never go wrong with stripey ol' stripes. xx
Oh my gosh I am in love with that cardigan!
Fabulous outfit! :)
Your grandmothers necklace is amazing, how lucky you are to have a such kitsch family hierlooms.

Yes! They have a stretchy little panel too.
They are only $5/pair so I stocked up! Very comfy :)
I had to get rid of my slippery boots because I am incapable of grace as it is, & those damn slippery boots got me EVERY TIME. I never stood a chance. Almost literally.
