Thanks dear! I zoom in, and like way way in when I am writing small. For the block letters, I write it normally and then add a layer on top and outline it, then delete the bottom layer. It also took a lot of practice! But zooming helps too.

Fat is being unhealthy, diets do work but you fatasfatass'es don't follow the diet through and you think diet is some magical thing that just fixes your body and after the certain amount of time dieting you can just go back to eat shitloads of mc donalds and other stuff. Lying to yourself about how other people close to you eat more than you do is bad for you in so many different ways. Most likely this person is more active than you're and eats like 2k calories a day and you eat 3k because you've no fucking idea how much that trash that you're eating right now contains calories, fats, protein, carbs and most likely artificial sweeteners. tl;dr: get your shit together and stop lying to yourself
