This one is my favorite to make after dinner because it taste just like frozen yogurt. I have been freezing a lot of my fruit towards the end of the week and making frozen smoothies which are a little different than the juice-like one that I shared before. But it still has greens in it so I get all those good for you nutrients!
You Will Need
1/2 cup kale de-stemmed chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mangos chopped
1/4 cup apples chopped
1/2 cup cold spring water
1 tablespoon honey
5 whole almonds
Directions
If you are using a single serve blender, you will want to measure loosely and pack in the ingredients into the blender cup. If you end up with a little extra room, you can always add more. Blend together, shaking as needed to be sure that everything is pulverized. Blend until smooth and no chunks.

Mmm, it's making me hunnnngraay!
Yum! I made one with frozen mixed berries, a tiny bit of banana (because I'm not a huge fan), a handful of spinach, unsweetened yoghurt and water. I might try with almonds next time.
